Parking

There is free on-site parking. Please register your vehicle with reception on arrival to avoid receiving a parking fine.

At busy times parking can be limited, so please allow extra time to find a space and register your vehicle.

Booking Information

Appointments are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Clinic times vary from week to week, so please get in touch to discuss availability and arrange a suitable appointment.

Appointments are available as either 60-minute or 90-minute sessions, depending on your needs and treatment goals.

If you are unsure whether Scar Therapy & Post-Surgical Recovery, Therapeutic Massage or Reflexology is the most appropriate treatment, please get in touch and I will be happy to advise.

An online booking system will be available soon. In the meantime, appointments can be arranged directly by email or telephone.

Once your appointment is booked, I will send confirmation details, including information about the clinic location, parking and what to expect from your appointment.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.

Accessibility

The treatment room is normally accessible by lift. However, the lift is currently out of order.

If you have accessibility requirements or mobility concerns, please get in touch before your appointment so that we can discuss your needs and explore available options.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

At least 48 hours' notice is appreciated wherever possible.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged at the full treatment fee.

If You Are Unwell

If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend your appointment.

This includes symptoms such as a cold, flu, Covid-19, sickness, diarrhoea, fever, sore throat, or any other contagious illness.

Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling your appointment.

As many clients are recovering from surgery, injury or medical treatment, and because illness may affect my ability to continue treating clients, I reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client attends the clinic whilst unwell. In these circumstances, the cancellation policy may apply.
