Appointment Length

Appointments are available as either 60-minute or 90-minute sessions.

Appointment times include consultation, assessment, treatment and any aftercare advice where appropriate.

Longer appointments may be particularly beneficial for scar therapy, post-surgical recovery and more complex treatment needs.

Your Treatment

Each appointment includes consultation, assessment, treatment and any aftercare advice where appropriate.

Treatments are tailored to the individual and may combine techniques from my specialist training, including scar therapy, therapeutic massage, myofascial release, lymphatic techniques, reflexology and LymphaTouch®.

For some people, a single session may be beneficial. For others, particularly those recovering from surgery or injury, a series of treatments may provide greater benefit and support longer-term recovery.

Many clients choose to attend weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on their needs and treatment goals.
