Reflexology appointments can be tailored to support hormonal health, including perimenopause, menopause and surgical menopause, using reflexology techniques that focus on the endocrinesystem.

Appointment Length

Appointments are available as either 60-minute or 90-minute sessions.

Appointment times include consultation, assessment, treatment and any aftercare advice where appropriate.

Longer appointments may be particularly beneficial for scar therapy, post-surgical recovery and more complex treatment needs.

Each appointment includes consultation, assessment, treatment and any aftercare advice where appropriate.

Treatments are tailored to the individual and may combine techniques from my specialist training, including scar therapy, therapeutic massage, myofascial release, lymphatic techniques, reflexology and LymphaTouch®.

For some people, a single session may be beneficial. For others, particularly those recovering from surgery or injury, a series of treatments may provide greater benefit and support longer-term recovery.

Many clients choose to attend weekly, fortnightly or monthly, depending on their needs and treatment goals.

Specialist Scar Management, Assessment & Rehabilitation

I work with individuals, case managers, rehabilitation providers, insurers, and other organisations to support recovery following injury, surgery, trauma, and complex health conditions.

Services may include specialist scar assessment and treatment, rehabilitation support, home visits, progress reports, and liaison with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams.

As each case is unique, fees are quoted individually according to the level of assessment, treatment, reporting, travel, and ongoing support required. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements.
